We're growing our HVAC division and are looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician / Installer who thrives on solving problems, takes pride in quality workmanship, and enjoys the variety of both service and installation work.

What You'll Do
As a Residential HVAC Technician, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and installing residential HVAC systems throughout Northern Virginia.
Every day you'll have the opportunity to:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot heating and cooling system issues
- Repair residential HVAC equipment accurately and efficiently
- Perform complete HVAC system replacements and installations
- Complete preventative maintenance inspections
- Identify opportunities to improve comfort, efficiency, and system reliability
- Educate homeowners on repair, maintenance, and replacement options
- Deliver a professional, five-star customer experience on every service call
- Complete accurate documentation using company software
- Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and work area
- Follow all safety standards, local codes, and company procedures
What We're Looking For
We aren't just looking for someone who can replace parts, we're looking for someone who can diagnose problems, communicate solutions, and take pride in their craft.
The ideal candidate has:
- 4-5+ years of residential HVAC experience
- CFC License (EPA Section 608 Certification) (Required)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Experience with residential HVAC installations and system replacements
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Must own and maintain tools required to perform the essential functions of the role
- Excellent customer communication skills
- Ability to explain findings and recommendations in a clear, educational manner
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus but not required.
